VICTOR VALLEY GUIDELINES

These guidelines and rules are currently set for the rules of roleplay with Victor Valley. Our moderation team will enforce these rules.
The recommended punishments are listed. These rules can be modified at any time. As a player within victor valley, you are expected to follow these guidelines. We reserve the right to ban you for failing to follow our set guidelines.

Level 1 Punishments: Warning Max Warnings: 5
Level 2 Punishments: Temporary Ban
Level 3 Punishments: Permanent Ban w/ Possible Appeal
Level 4 Punishments: Permanent Ban w/ No Possible Appeal

1st Temporary Ban: 3 Days
2nd Temporary Ban: 1 Week
3rd Temporary Ban: Perm Ban

Below are the different sections stating what type of rules we have. Please read through these to avoid any issues with your time inside our game.

Section A - General Rules

Section A : Rule 1 No Random Death Matching. Level 2
Section A : Rule 2 No Breaking New Life Rule. Level 1
Section A : Rule 3 No-Fail Roleplay. Level 1
Section A : Rule 4 Stay In-Character while in-game. Level 1
You must stay in character at all times while on the server.
Section A : Rule 5 No Powergaming Level 1
Powergaming in all forms is prohibited. Powergaming is the act of using a game mechanic, external information, or a roleplay concept to favor a specific character or story and give them an unfair or unrealistic advantage.
Section A : Rule 6 Lore and Continuity Level 1
Players are required to follow any lore and continuity outlined for the server, despite character storyline, history, or desire.
Section A : Rule 7 No knocking people out with ACS Level 2
Do not abuse ACS by knocking people out, this counts as RDM
Section A : Rule 8 No Evading Bans / Punishments Level 4
Section A : Rule 9 No Exploiting or Abusing glitches Level 4

Section B - Driving Rules

Section B : Rule 1 No constant reckless driving. Level 1
Creating situations is fine, but you must keep it at a minimum.
Section B : Rule 2 No drive-by’s on active scenes, situations. Level 2
All shootings must be within a connection between you and the other player that takes place in roleplay. These cannot be randomly done, that would be RDM.
Section B : Rule 3 Do not ram into people randomly Level 1

Section C - Fire & EMS

Section C : Rule 1 Citizens cannot interact with fire/ems. Level 2
Fire/EMS are off-limits for involving in muggings, robberies, carjacking, and murdering. Basically do not interact with them with criminal intent by no means.

Section D - Law Enforcement

Section D : Rule 1 No randomly arresting/cuffing Level 2
Section D : Rule 2 No abusing tools in any way, shape, or form. Level 2
Section D : Rule 3 Use accurate tactics when dealing with situations. Level1 Means with accurate tactics follow the real-life similarity when dealing with pursuits, hostage situations, raids, breaches, or whatever it may be.
Section D : Rule 4 Do not abuse the MDT system or the radio system.Level2
Section D : Rule 5 Do not randomly respond to calls that do not exist, and do not randomly assign warrants to people either. Level 1

Basic guidelines to follow as a player within the game.

  1. Be kind and respectful to others around you.
  2. Ensure your character doesn’t have any unrealistic items, aim for realism!
  3. Strictly follow ROBLOX’s terms of service
