Video Playback Issue

Hello,
We are using video in two forms in our current build - 1. video playback in 3D space using a video frame in world 2. a 2D playlist with embedded video player that calls videoIDs Roblox has provided us.

Issue: We are using the same videos and videoIDs for our two content formats - giant 3D screen for watch parties (working as-intended) and then a 2D player that pops up a UI playlist and then embedded video player.
The 2D playback looks like the video is glitched (looks like 3 color channels are being played split screen) and has a red overlay color to it.

The videos in 3D space are working perfectly but when we playing in the 2D player the videos distort.

Are there any additional steps needed for video content in 2D vs 3D?

Hi there. Are you still experiencing this issue? We recently changed something on our end that might’ve resolved this bug.

Glad to hear. Would you be willing to send the AssetID (either in this thread or privately) of the video for us to investigate further?
