VideoFrame Glitchy/Encoding Issue

I’m trying to use a VideoFrame as an intro UI inside our experience.

When I play this video inside Roblox, I get a glitchy black background instead of the intended black background.
What could be happening here? I’m not too familiar with video encoding.

Inside Roblox (glitchy background):

It’s been occurring for at least a few weeks. Unsure if this was happening when I first uploaded the video.

I’m really not seeing anything wrong with the video, the result might also happen because of compression

We took a look at the video and did not see any glitching. It appears to be usual standard encoding behavior. Would you be able to clarify what appears wrong with the video?

Hi, following up on the above @mario118118.

Hiya! I took a look at this and wasn’t able to publish to a live game (where this issue was occurring on certain devices) because the quality of the video is still low enough that it’s not ready for use in prod as intro animation.

I’d like to get this fixed though, so will publish to a place later this week and see if the issue still occurs aside from the resolution. Will send you the link as well
