I uploaded a video frame yesterday, and it works fine in studio, but when I go to play test in live game it does not show up. Code implies says that it’s playing, but nothing is visible on the screen
And this isn’t an implementation issue, like I said, this works as intended when play testing in studio
Spent 5 hours today testing and trying to get this to work, and testing videos from the toolbox works as intended, it’s just uploaded videos that do not work
Not sure if VideoFrames specifically are in BETA but they do work in the Client version.
For the record, Studio-betas (such as EditableMesh/Image) are the ones which are Studio only. Normal ones should work in both versions.
I’ve uploaded it under the group and given the place the access to it.
I ended up giving up and just using images in quick succession as there’s no alpha channel support anyway so not worth for me
Thanks! In looking at the asset, it appears to play regularly. Is the issue still present? Is it possible the moderation of it was still pending when you were testing this?
Hi @NinjoOnline - wanted to double check with you about whether or not this still occurs. From what I can see on our end, this was likely a moderation pending issue.
