I think Roblox is hesitant to give the data to you.
Roblox doesn’t do data requests to my knowledge. Please don’t direct people into opening a GDPR request with this intention.
Abort this whole process, don’t reply to support, you cannot get this data back, it simply isn’t stored. You will need to search for it. Roblox only allows a right to erasure to comply with GDPR, i.e. your account is deleted.
