Viewing Profile Not Working

–Please let me know if I am in the wrong topic-- Whenever I try to view a profile on my phone, it will show it’s loading, then randomly stop. Here’s a video of the problem:

Does anyone know how to fix this thanks!

This is not a bug – the user changed their name from confusionmaster to Rexxxy_Pro, so the mention went invalid.
