Vintaria is a well-established apparel & fashion group that also creates UGC items and competitive minigames. Our mission is to bring people together through trend-inspired clothing, fun games with rewarding challenges, and a warm community you’ll enjoy being part of.
This handbook outlines important information about staff roles, design opportunities, partnership requirements, and overall expectations. At Vintaria, we value positivity and respect, we appreciate if all guidelines are followed.
Owner's Message
hai! im szn one of ur owners for the group and i am super excited for the goals i have for Vintaria. i had this group since around 2022 bc i randomly wanted to purchase this group out of fun. i was recruited here and worked as president and to have ownership and finally have this group is one of my proudest moments. im currently 22 writing this message and i just graduated from university with my bachelors. my long term goal is to continue with this project alongside w/ my friends! starting this group was out of random bc of an outburst that occurred, lol. im super happy to work with kie as he is one of my closest friends and best man to work with!
for the new people, welcome welcome! i want this group to be a safe space and play minigames so u dont get bored while hosting shifts. we are flexible and love talking with each other. vintaria is an aesthetic vibe that u can take fun pictures with ur friends & interact w/ them. i cant wait to create more memories and fun updates in the homestore. i want to try aim for Vintaria to get into the major leagues before the end of 2026! if we do it or not, doesnt rlly matter but i want this group to do well.

hello hello, i’m kie the other owner - the idea behind the revival of Vintaria was a heat of the moment kinda thing but we went for it anyway because like - why not? i’m currently 18 and also currently a college student studying computer science (so yes i have a life outside of roblox haha funny funny). i’m more than excited to see just how prominent we can make Vintaria in the clothing industry on roblox and to see it grow to numbers myself nor szn imagined Vintaria would ever reach
Vintaria was created with the vision to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of who you are and the homestore itself was designed to reflect this - a relaxing and magical space to spend time and create memories with those around you - i really hope you find your place in Vintaria, wether you’re a recurring customer or wanting to join our incredible team of fashion associates and work your way up, i invite you with open arms to Vintaria!!
Staff Member Information
Intern applications are announced in our official community server. Our application system only requires you to submit your own resume, including any experience you’ve had with other groups. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed while the application period is open. A deadline will be set for each application cycle, and successful applicants will be announced within a few days after submissions close. Please note that these standards may change in the future.
Application Requirements
- Your application must be entirely original. Vintaria does not accept previously submitted applications or submissions from other groups.
- You must be a member of both the Vintaria group and Discord server before submitting. Ensure your DMs are open so you can be easily contacted.
- Be honest and accurate in all information provided in your resume and application.
- Follow all community rules and guidelines when submitting your application.
- Applications should be submitted on time; late submissions may not be considered.

Designer Information
Design Team applications are open 24/7 in our community server. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed within 48 hours by the Designing Director. You will be notified of your results after the review process. We strongly encourage you to apply if you meet all requirements and are ready to showcase your skills.
Pricing is negotiable at all times based on what you are able to contribute. Our requirements are flexible, and we are happy to work with any situation to make it possible for you to join or participate.
Application Requirements
- You must join both the Vintaria group and Discord server before submitting. Ensure your DMs are open so you can be easily contacted.
- All submitted designs must be entirely original and created by you.
Designer Application

- Submit three of your most recent designs that best showcase your skills.
All work can be submitted either by sending a DM to the Designing Director or by creating a Leadership Ticket in the community server.
Rank Description
We will outline all the ranks within Vintaria, including their responsibilities, requirements, and expectations. Each rank description provides a clear overview of what members can do, how they can grow within the group, and the contributions expected from them. Middle Ranks are all about learning and building leadership skills. Members host shifts, run minigames, and complete tasks to prepare for higher roles.

They host and attend shifts regularly, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and initiative. | Fashion Manager | Managers balance both leadership and preparation for the future. In addition to leading shifts and engaging with the community, Managers choose a preferred department that aligns with their strengths and interests. This decision sets the foundation for their next steps in Vintaria, showing they are serious about growth and long term contribution. | |
| Fashion Coordinator | Coordinators step into an advanced leadership position that bridges management and executive ranks. They complete aspirant tasks that aligns with their interest, the aspirant department we offer are Relations, Staffing, and Marketing. Coordinators are closely observed by Co-Leads and above, as this role tests consistency, initiative, and leadership maturity. Strong performance shows they are ready to become an Executive Assistant, one of the most important stepping stones towards high rank. |
High Rank
High Ranks are for members who have shown dedication and reliability. They guide others and take on larger responsibilities, performing different tasks based on their department, which can include Relations, Staffing, or Marketing.

The Leadership Team manages the group and sets its direction. These leaders make major decisions and support all departments to keep the community thriving.

Alliance Information
Thank you for your interest in forming an alliance with Vintaria! We’re excited to partner with other groups on Roblox and are always happy to support fellow communities. If you’re a member of another group’s Relations Department and would like to form an alliance with us, please complete the application below and send it to a member of our Relations Department. Applications are carefully reviewed and typically take a few days. Once a decision has been made, your group will be notified. We look forward to building strong partnerships with many of you!
Alliance Requirement
- All affiliates must be companies and cannot be war-focused or gaming-only groups. We value partnerships that align with Vintaria’s business and community-oriented vision.
- Must have a minimum of 5,000 group members and 500 Discord members, with active facilities including group games and communications servers to ensure a thriving and engaged community.
- Exceptions may be considered for groups, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Must maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and well-experienced staff team capable of effectively managing their group.
- Must have a positive reputation among other Roblox establishments, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
- The group and its staff must uphold acceptable principles and maintain a respectful, ethical, and trustworthy reputation at all times.
- Must demonstrate organization in all aspects of the group, including well-structured documents, clear procedures, and consistent guidelines.
- Must be willing and able to announce Vintaria community events whenever required, helping to promote engagement across all affiliates.
Alliance Expectations
- Affiliates are expected to actively announce and promote Vintaria public events, adhering to the 3-day notice period to ensure timely communication and community participation.
- Groups must maintain an active and engaged community, with a professional, well-trained staff team that reflects the standards of Vintaria.
- Failure to meet major alliance requirements after forming a partnership may result in consequences, including warnings, suspension, or termination of the alliance.
- Each affiliated group must provide two representatives to liaise with Vintaria. If a representative is no longer available, the group must promptly notify Vintaria of the replacement to maintain consistent communication.
- Affiliates should work collaboratively with Vintaria, providing feedback, sharing ideas, and supporting joint events or projects whenever possible.
- Transparency is key; any internal changes, staffing updates, or major group decisions that could affect the alliance should be communicated to Vintaria in a timely manner.
Alliance Application

- What is your group about? Please briefly describe your group’s purpose, theme, and the type of activities or services you provide.
- Please provide us with two representatives from your group that we can contact if necessary.
All applications must be submitted to an official member of the Relations Department. Please allow up to one week for a response regarding your application results.
Appeal Information
If you have been banned, blacklisted, or otherwise restricted from any Vintaria establishment, you have the option to submit an appeal. Appeals typically take up to 48 hours to process, so please be patient. Note that some bans and blacklists cannot be appealed under any circumstances.
Appeal Requirements
- You must wait two weeks after the ban or blacklist before submitting an appeal. This period allows time for reflection on your actions.
- Be honest and thorough in your appeal. Rushed or incomplete appeals may be denied.
- General appeals (Community Server, Roblox bans, etc.) can be submitted to any member of the HR Team.
- Alliance-related appeals should be directed to members of the Relations Department.
- MR blacklist appeals must be submitted to members of the Staffing Department.
