I was informed that the Violations & Appeals Portal was fixed last month and should now display all new moderation entries. However, my moderation entries from April 10 and April 19 are still missing (Jacket & Shoulder UGC). The most recent entry visible in the portal is from February 4.

This bug report contains zero information, but from what I’ve observed, one of the causes might be the deletion of items through illegal content report forms like OSA and DSA. For UGC items deleted through those channels, no moderation entry appears in report-appeals, and I hope this gets fixed. Roblox Support takes ages to respond.

Experiencing this issue aswell on asset 107919949168789 - Would be nice to see this added to the appeals portal because it’s been multiple days and no response from ticket support.

We have confirmed that some subset of violations were missed on appeals portal.
We are still investigating the cause and options for fixing. Thank you for the input and report and will follow up as we dive into this issue

Think this is a bigger problem than moderation originally anticipated - I’m only recieving 1 violations and appeal notice per 5 deletions, and this is for Dynamic Heads, a category which usually receives consistent notices.

This seems as more of a consistent issue, further than just “layered clothing”. Deletions are resulting in moderation notices which either are not being given out to players, or not being fed into the violation and appeals portal.
This is entirely intentional. I checked all the bundle IDs you provided, and all five are identical. So, when one gets moderated, the others—being identical—are also moderated accordingly. Nothing unusual.
Additionally, for the main bundle that was removed, you have the right to appeal through the Appeals Portal. Once that appeal is approved, the related bundles are automatically restored as well. Everything is functioning as intended.

I received a second ban notice for the asset 107919949168789, dated about 13 minutes from now. Was this intentional? Still no option for it in Violations & Appeals. For reference this item was deleted about 3 days from now.

Why would you need to appeal this? You are copying korblox, this was a reasonable ban.

What the people on the Forum don’t understand is that the issue isn’t whether the UGC item violates the policies or not — the problem is that there are no moderation entries for the removed items. If it does violate the rules, they can already reject it, and submitting an appeal through the method mentioned in this report doesn’t automatically mean it will be accepted.

I understood that, i was only clarifying that the item they uploaded was obviously not allowed, and since they mentioned appealing, they would only be doing it for malicious purposes to trick the moderators, unless there wasn’t a ban note (in this case there is). He doesn’t need to know what his entry is, its obvious, he knows. His post would make sense (to me) if it was for another item, for example, a hat that is an animal, a bat, with blood in its mouth; this would be appealable. This is what moderators would probably reply to his message on the forums with anyways.

Again - This has nothing to do with what you believe this violates. I’m being banned 2x for the same violation and I’m still not receiving an option for the item in Violations & Appeals… Should be fixed for all creators whether or not you think their item is “against TOS”.
This same situation can be applied to all layered clothing, whether that be holdables, sweaters, body suits, these are things that use variating methods for uploading layered items that are often falsely flagged. The implications of fixing this isn’t a selfish act, and I doubt they’ll be a fix for atleast a month regarding this issue.

Hope we recieve an update to this soon. 20+ items later and multiple UGC creators reporting on this bug but no fix yet

If you haven’t already, as a backup, you should still be able to appeal through the support form
My asset (133696925086798) was incorrectly removed for “Spam” and does not show under the appeals portal either. This is an asset that earns a significant amount of revenue, so it’s really important that I’d be able to quickly and easily appeal this violation before the item loses relevance in the algorithm and the revenue is removed from my account. Hoping the portal is fixed really soon

Hi @FinishingTheHat, the layered clothing items that were moderated on April 10 show up now, but it’s still missing entries (ex. ID 81090595368918 on April 19). They have all already been restored through the Support form though, including the ones that show up now, so I’m not sure if that’s any factor.
