What does this mean??
Does it mean that if I still use the default character death/reset even though there’s guns and swords in my game, does that mean I click “no”?
(Not sure if this is the right category)

No, it’s telling to not acknowledge character resets when considering if your game has violent content.
If your game has guys and swords that can attack on players, you would click Yes.
It doesn’t just say “reset”, it says “Roblox default character reset/death mechanics.”
I would assume that includes players with weapons as the death mechanics have not been altered.
Resetting is a death mechanic; they specified Roblox and Default because it’s explicitly talking about resetting.
It means exactly as it says, which is that you should not include the default character reset and death mechanics. Basically meaning that if you keep the default death mechanic then u dont need to include it (as long as ur game does not meet any of the other things listed) however if you add in your own death mechanic you do.
Would adding ragdoll be considered my own death mechanic?
And would weapons in the game that kill other players have anything to do with the violence category, or is it purely just about the death mechanics?
I believe so yes however I don’t think this would break any of the “Violence” rule so it should be fine because ragdoll is not really violence (meaning you may not need to select it depending on the rest of your game content).
By this do you mean weapons and things which kill players?
It means that you don’t consider the default character death mechanics in the decision. Pretend your game does not have the default character death mechanics. Does it otherwise include “depictions of the act or consequence of intentional, threatened, and/or actual use of physical or psychological force against characters and/or players”?
If you have swords and guns, unless they’re entirely useless props, the answer is probably “yes”.
What would the penalty be for choosing the incorrect answer? Would my game be taken down? Would I be banned?
