Voice chat issues

hi!

just logged on roblox for the first time today. when i joined a game, my voice chat was not connecting.

funnily enough i’ve also had issues using voice chat on my other windows os pc.

i am using the macbook air m2 base model.

video: (ignore the extremely unholy things going on in this game)

if anybody has a fix to this issue please lmk.

also if someone with a “regular” role could, then please post something similar to this in #bug-reports.

Have you tried reinstalling Roblox yet?

after a bit of back and fourth, i’ve recieved this email from customer support:

roblox is working on a fix for it, thankfully.
