I’m trying to enable voice chat on my Roblox game, but every time I enable it, nothing happens and my friend isn’t able to use voice chat in the game either. We’re both over 13 and have voice chat enabled on our accounts. I don’t understand what’s the issue, is it because my game is all ages?

Are you trying to use it in studio? Or as a published Version.

Yeah no you must have something in your game that disables it. I couldn’t get Camera nor Voice to work in your experience, and I did try to replicate the conditions for your age guidelines theory. However no matter what on my own tests Voice Chat worked fine. Id say try shutting down all servers and try a Fresh server.
