Voice Chat randomly disconnecting

As you can see my Voice chat randomly tells me that i have been disconnected. When i try to connect again this is what happens:

This already happened to multiple accounts running on my device and everywhere its the same issue, where Roblox randomly decides to disconnect me from voicechat.

Hi @CodingAgent, thanks for the report and for including the video and system screenshot.

To help us investigate, could you share some more details about your situation?

  • Does this happen in every experience, or only specific ones? If specific, please include a couple of example experience links.
  • Does this bug happen immediately upon joining, or does the voice chat work for a while then suddenly stop working?
  • Does changing devices (if possible) change the behavior (for example, try to join from a mobile device or another computer)?
  • Does changing networks change the behavior (for example, try a different wifi network, or switching to mobile data)?
  • Can you ensure that Roblox has permission to access your mic in your Mac’s settings?

If you’re able to find any pattern that makes it more likely to happen please let us know those exact steps so we can try to reproduce it internally.

  • It happens in all experiences
  • It works perfectly for a while and after some time it disconnects randomly
  • Device changing does work (At least it didn’t occur on my other devices)
  • Its a static PC, so i cant really change the network and it would consume wayyy too much mobile data if i would switch to my phones network
  • Yes. As i said it works and i can communicate, but randomly it disconnects. The only thing that does not have perms is the player installer of Roblox.
