Expected behavior
There was an option to enable it before, I don’t know why it got removed.

Hi, thanks for the report. At the beginning of this year, we moved the voice chat setting into the experience menu.
Can you try looking in the in-game menu for the “voice chat” toggle?
The setting will look like this:
