Is it possible to have voice acting in Roblox Studio? (If so what apps do I use?)
Trying to have dialogue But with actual voice acting.
If so? Can someone show me a script example?

Yes its possible to have voice acting in Roblox Studio. Tons of games have used them, you can either hire voice actors or use ai generated voices. You’d just need to upload those voice clips onto roblox, and play them when you want them to be played. (By the way you probably shouldn’t use the Code Review section for this)
So should I just use a app to where I can upload them as long as they go through Roblox moderation correct?
What do you mean, a app for what exactly? For uploading the voice lines?
use software like audacity or fl studio (i recommend) to record the audio, and then upload it to roblox
