Our revolutionary clothing is catered to fit your needs and desires, and our UGC is innovative and unique. Our homestore replicates the streets in Tokyo to give ROBLOX this realistic feel that has been missing for a while now. voriana’s entry onto the platform is sure to leave an impact.
Code of Conduct
1) Respect
All members must be treated with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited. At Voriana, we are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming community for everyone.
2) Spamming
Spamming of any kind is not allowed. This includes repeatedly sending the same messages, excessive use of emojis, or flooding channels. Please keep the chat readable and respectful for everyone.
3) On-Topic Discussions
Keep conversations relevant to the channel you’re in. Off-topic discussions should be moved to the designated casual or general chat channels. Formal or specific-purpose channels must remain clean and focused.
4) NSFW Content
This is a completely SFW (Safe for Work) server. Sharing explicit or inappropriate content—including images, links, or discussions—is strictly forbidden.
5) Language
Please use respectful and appropriate language at all times. Any use of offensive, aggressive, or targeted language toward others will result in disciplinary action.
6) Advertising
Self-promotion is not permitted outside of approved channels. This includes sharing social media links, Discord invites, or other promotional content without permission.
7) Privacy
Do not share personal information—yours or anyone else’s. Protecting member privacy is a top priority at Voriana, and violations will be taken seriously.
8) Impersonation
Impersonating HR+ or any staff member is strictly prohibited. It creates confusion and misleads members. Any attempt to impersonate staff will lead to immediate consequences.
9) Common Sense
Please use common sense while engaging in the server. If you’re ever unsure whether something is allowed, reach out to a Leadership+ member for clarification before proceeding.
10) Discord Terms of Service
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. Any violations will result in an immediate ban and blacklist from Voriana.
Rank Descriptions
🪻Leadership Team
Owner
The Owners are the highest authority in Voriana. They oversee all operations, set the vision, make final decisions, and ensure the community aligns with its goals and values. The Owner has full permissions and is responsible for selecting and guiding the leadership team.
Co-Owner
The Co-Owner supports the Owner directly and shares top level responsibilities. They assist with managing major operations, strategic decisions, and can step in as acting Owner when needed. The Co-Owner is trusted with confidential matters and helps maintain leadership structure and integrity.
President
The President manages day-to-day functions and oversees the internal departments. They ensure that all leadership roles are active, productive, and aligned with the server’s mission. Presidents are key decision makers and work closely with both Owners and VPs.
Vice President
Vice Presidents support the President by managing specific sectors or projects within the organization. They help enforce rules, mentor directors and officers, and ensure communication flows properly between departments and upper leadership.
High Ranks
Executive Director
Executive Directors are Department Leads responsible for responsibilities of their assigned department as well as the ranks under them.They are expected to lead by example, acting as mentors, providing guidance, and ensuring that their team is functioning smoothly. If any officer or executive under their supervision violates rules or acts inappropriately, it is the Executive Director’s responsibility to step in, investigate, and report as needed. They play a critical leadership role in maintaining order, enforcing standards, and driving progress within their department. Executive Directors should demonstrate maturity, initiative, and a strong understanding of the server’s values and systems.
Executive Officer
Executive Officers are department co-leads who work directly with their department lead to assist in managing tasks and team operations. While their responsibilities closely align with Executive Board members, Executive Officers are entrusted with more authority and decision-making power. They help ensure department goals are met and support with planning, oversight, and leadership when needed. Executive Officers are expected to be dependable, proactive, and lead by example.
Executive Board
Executive Board members are the first official rank within the high rank team. They are assigned to specific departments and play a vital role in supporting either our staff operations or alliance management. While they are still learning and growing into leadership, they are entrusted with meaningful responsibilities. EB members are expected to show professionalism, activity, and strong teamwork.
Middle Ranks
Sales Coordinator
Sales Coordinators are the final rank in the MR (Middle Rank) team and serve as mentors to lower ranks. They are assigned aspirant work, assisting departments with simple yet meaningful tasks that help them prepare for future high-rank responsibilities. Their role bridges the gap between MRs and the Executive Board. Sales Coordinators are expected to show leadership potential, consistency, and initiative.
Sales Manager
Sales Managers are the second-to-last rank within the MR Team. Their responsibilities closely mirror those of Sales Supervisors but with a stronger emphasis on activity. They are expected to be proactive mentors, guiding and supporting lower ranks. Sales Managers play a key role in maintaining team productivity.
Sales Supervisor
Sales Supervisors are experienced members of the MR team who handle similar responsibilities as Sales Associates. However, they are also authorized to host shifts and take on additional leadership duties during their scheduled times. They help maintain order and support the team while gaining leadership experience. Sales Supervisors are key stepping stones toward higher ranks.
Sales Associate
Sales Associates are the first official rank within the MR team. They are responsible for supervising the store and helping ensure the safety and well-being of the community. This role marks the beginning of responsibilities and active participation in team operations. Sales Associates are expected to be reliable, attentive, and proactive.
Sales Intern
Sales Interns are ranked after successfully passing the application process and will undergo a brief trial period to assess their fit for the team. While they are not yet official staff members, they are in the process of training and proving their abilities. This role serves as an introduction to the team’s expectations and responsibilities. Sales Interns are encouraged to learn quickly and demonstrate potential.
Staff Applications
Voriana offers applications 24/7, so anyone can apply to join our staff team at any time. Once you pass the application, you’ll enter a brief internship period designed to help determine if you’re ready to become an official staff member. Don’t worry—it’s not too difficult, but you will need to stay active and engaged to successfully complete it. Whenever you’re ready, the opportunity to join Voriana’s staff team is always open. The link can be found within Voriana’s discord in the Applications channel.
Alliance Information
We’re thrilled by your interest in affiliating with Voriana! Before we can officially accept your alliance, there are a few requirements that need to be met:
- At least 5,000 Roblox members
- At least 1,000 Discord members
- An established PR team
- A good reputation with Voriana and our allies
- Willingness to send two representatives and post all requested announcements
If your group meets our requirements, please answer the following questions and send your responses to a member of our Relations department.
- Briefly describe your corporation and attach any links that could impact your application.
- How would your corporation be beneficial to Voriana as an affiliate?
- On a scale of 1-10, rate your group’s activity and explain why.
- List the contacts of your 2 representatives who will be representing your group, including their Roblox and Discord users.
If your group doesn’t meet our requirements, you may request an exception by messaging any member of the Relations team. Be sure to include your group link in the message, and you will receive a response. Please do not submit an official application before receiving an exception approval, as applications sent without prior exceptions will be automatically declined.
