how would i go about of making a physics system like gorilla tag?
i already got blocks following the player and a gorilla tag esc body

You want to implement physics hands which means driving parts with forces and torques to match the hand positions/rotations. Then you want to get the amount of force it takes to drive the hands to it’s position and you want to apply that right back onto the body but inversed. And this is what lets you be able to walk in VR with your hands, and this is what happens in real life as well.
