VR working in roblox game but not in studio mode?

I have an Index that works perfectly fine in SteamVR mode in the base game, for some reason on studio it never works. I have VR turned on in rendering, have VR allowed in the game. VR is not shown in the settings menu. Any help with this?

Try different orders in which you launch Steamvr and Roblox studio.
