About Us

:writing_hand: Our Beginnings

Founded in early June 2023 by viveura and civeura, Waffle Way has set its roots within the soils of the hospitality industry on the platform and has obtained milestones through prioritizing variety of service. Taking a more modern and laid-back spin on the genre, endorsement has poured in from ambassadors and business partners, which has led to Waffle Way’s rapid success in the niche. Success can also be attributed to Waffle Way’s extensive contributors and supporters, as well as staff members and dedicated community members. :trophy:

Waffle Way’s community and staff members encompass a very strict ethos of operating within an environment accepting of inclusivity and diversity. Our platforms are certified to remain LGBTQ+ friendly, as well as embraces all minority groups.

Our establishment encourages quality results and service from our superiors to reflect our public image. Not to mention, an open environment is set in stone to create a safe space for all users, which we promise to upkeep to a high standard.

Community Regulations

:clipboard: Things to remember before communicating within Waffle Way…

1. Users with access to the Discord server and those who hold the rank Staff Assistant and above must be at least 13 years old, in line with Discord’s ToS.
2. Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination is not tolerated.
3. Political or controversial topics are not to be discussed if likely to cause debate.
4. Inappropriate topics or content is prohibited from being shared within our community.
5. Spamming in any form is prohibited.
6. Advertising in any form, whether that be directly or privately, is prohibited.
7. It is prohibited to send content with the intent to leak personal information, phish, scam, or endanger someone’s private life.
8. Please abide by already existing platform regulations, wherever you intend to communicate.

Session Schedule

:bookmark_tabs: Session Information

Training sessions are held on an unscheduled and scheduled basis, referring to the implementation of staff being able to flexibly host sessions on a basis that isn’t just predetermined, therefore enabling sessions to be accessible for those from all time zones. Likewise, all parlor shifts are unscheduled, but you will not find standardized times as an alternative, unlike training sessions.

If you are interested in attending a session at Waffle Way, we recommend reacting to the message in #session-announcements, in our Discord server, to correlate with which session(s) you would prefer to be notified regarding.

Please note that solely due to a session being scheduled for a specific time slot does not necessarily mean that a member of our team has claimed it to host. This is why we recommend that you regularly check our public Session Schedule Trello Board regarding session times.

  • Managing lower-ranked staff members
  • Operating sessions

  • Must have a clear and coherent grasp of the English language
  • Must be willing to show activity and meet moderate quotas on a regular basis

Waffle Way’s Human Resources Department currently is accepting resumes from members of our community, eager to make their mark within our team of innovators.

If you are interested in submitting your resume, please join our Discord server, which is linked to our group page under “Social Links”. Resumes can be forwarded using the pinned template within the #public-announcements channel, to anyone with the “@Human Resources Department” role.

On the other hand, Senior Waffle Chefs who display a high level of activity and meet our expectations listed prior can receive an offer for the rank without having to provide a resume.

Employee Salaries

:moneybag: Earn Tips From Customers!

Waffle Way enables its staff (Trainee+) to earn from providing satisfactory service to our player base at the Waffle Parlor. Your tip inventory can be accessed by any player in-game and can be updated with tip tariffs through game passes which you can sell to users.

:money_with_wings: Start earning today!

1. Head to the Roblox homepage and go to the ‘Create’ tab.
2. Go to ‘Dashboard’, then select a place (game/experience).
3. Choose the option ‘Associated Items’ on the dashboard on the side of your screen.

4. Next, select the option ‘Passes’ and create your game passes, valuing them to your fancy. A reminder that Roblox takes a small percentage of your earnings, which will be visibly stated under the value you sell your tip at. Waffle Way takes no revenue, but encourages players to set their tips at an affordable price (5R$-100R$), to entice customers, who will be more likely to buy.

5. Once you have configured the price of your game pass after setting its name and description, scroll to your website URL and copy and paste the asset ID (the string of numbers) into your tip inventory in-game, when adding a new item to your tip inventory on Roblox (a reminder that you can add as many tips to your inventory as you like).

If you are interested in forming an affiliation with Waffle Way, please create a “Public Relations” ticket in the #support channel in our communications server (which can be located within our group’s “Social Links”) to receive our application form.

If you do not meet our requirements but believe that you would benefit Waffle Way, please inform a member of the Public Relations Department of your interest in applying for an exception.

  • Must hold at least 750 non-botted group members
  • Must hold at least 300 non-botted Discord server members
  • Must have a functioning Discord server and Roblox group with at least 2 games
  • Must have 2 representatives willing to join Waffle Way’s Roblox group and Discord server(s)
  • Must be willing to announce anything significant we request to be published
  • Must be willing to follow the Waffle Way rules and regulations
