One thing I would change is fixing your grammar:
Change “Wait is all Roblox?” to “Wait, it’s all Roblox?”
You need to add a comma, and turn is to it’s (it is.)
Change “Always has been” to “Always has been.”
You need to have punctuation, add a period.
Nice, though. 
Oh, I didn’t even notice that “its” was “is.” Thanks lol.
The reason it didn’t have a period at the end was mainly since this is a meme template made inside of Roblox.

I usually tend to laugh at the badly-made memes more (ex. If the Roblox logo was just badly edited onto an Earth) but this is an exception. Grammar is optional, it adds to the Funny imo. meme approved
