I am attempting to make a modern-style wall with a simple window. I am having trouble adding more detail and making current details look good like the vines. I have tried to add details but they did not look like they belong.

Try looking up Modern houses and look at images to see what they have. Best way to figure out what to do.

Maybe adding tiny pebbles and rocks on the corners of the window might add the spice into it

Modern builds usually have certain details like a rock pattern or a light on the upper corner, I wouldn’t try adding a bunch of details as that would just clutter the wall with unwanted objects. In my opinion keep it simple;
Its always good having a few reference images to work on getting what other details need to be added I now modern styled builds usually have a tock design or a similar style with small details. Going off of reference images, helps as an guide with what (proper details need to be added and things that do not fit the style). Otherwise include a light or too in the upper corner as it may give it a decent look.

I think you can add the vines as decals or textures.
