Want feedback on accessory concepts I modelled!

Hi!

I’ve been working on improving my modelling skills and made some accessories (that I either will or won’t use for my UGC portfolio). I would like some feedback on them. Thanks!

Quick disclaimer that I’m in no way the greatest artist in the world or the greatest 3D modeller in the world, but I’m getting there (I think).

Unnamed Katana

First accessory I modelled. No idea what to name it.

"BONK!"

Cartoony glove hand type stuff.

"Technological Tyrant" and "Hooded Phoenix"

Same mesh, different textures. RBB inspiration for both is obvious. Technological Tyrant is the darker one, by the way.

All of these are within/under UGC limits, too, even the textures!

I love this, the design is very pretty and its very well made! I would buy if it was released on the catalog.

I love the katana and the BONK UGC items! The hood item will get taken down, but other than that, the items are great!

The hoods weren’t going to be uploaded because of the fact they’d be taken down (I assume unless somehow the phoenix one would, in theory, survive), they’re just silly items I made one day.

Thank you though!

These all look really good. Regardless of whether you intend to upload the hood or not, I’d definitely recommend including it in your portfolio. Maybe not the application, but definitely the portfolio.

Quick question, how did you get the cartoony bright lighting effect on the “BONK!” hammer? I’ve been trying to crack this one on my own for a while and I figure it’s time to ask.

I like “BONK!” because of how it looks very stylised, I also like “Technological Tyrant” and “Hooded Phoenix” because they remind me of something from Kirby…

I used the Data Transfer modifier set to Face Corner Data with Custom Normals and a Plane as the source in Blender.

The third one is based on the RB Battles accessories at seasons 2 and 3, the second is cartoony and is neon, I’m not sure if it’s possible to do that on blender though… and The first one is based on some roblox items though

also I do like that you used blender for these

I’ve made some more stuff!! I might update this post with more accessories I model (if that’s allowed, if not please tell me, genuinely curious).

Anyways, here’s that new thing I modeled:

TV Head

I can replace the screen with whatever I want, including my OWN pixel art I made! Isn’t that neat?
