Want to make a Roscale Game

HI I want to make a cool roscale game. I have already lots of stuff like tunnels trains etc. But i dont have any idea how to make a good map layout. If you could help it would be nice

Here are some trains i gonna use for the game. im makeing alrady a layout map aswell. Some of the trains like the subway, the ic waggons and the red loko are made from my friend.
