@AbstractAlex and I are looking to hire scripters and builders for a high school game we’ve been working on. We’re hoping to pay by the hour but we’re also open to a percentage. Both pays would be in USD.
Here are some images from some of what we have built so far:
So what’s in it for you? You will be led and helped by two successful game devs while turning a profit and making a game that people love. Also, this isn’t our only project. Good performance here can lead to other offers down the road. Start your game dev career today!
Contact me via the devforum (or skype: arceusinator) if you’re interested. Note that this project is not affiliated with ROBLOX.
So, some more info that I didn’t mention in the OP:
This is a social game.
You can work whenever you want as long as you meet weekly deadlines. We estimate 10 hours a week for a programmer position, probably a little less for a builder position.
We’re hoping to make decisions on programmers and builders before next monday.
You don’t have to move to Lithuania
Not really sure what sets them apart. We’re definitely willing to sacrifice realism to make the game more fun.
Whatever level of detail you want. We’re probably going to have the builder(s) do quick low quality builds just to get the spacing and layout figured out, then they can go over it with details after we know that’s what we want.
What would be a week deadline task? I know that my team lead at work always gets estimations wrong, so I’m wondering what 10 hours to you should achieve
I’d be interested in scripting for you guys, although I’d like a little more detail on exactly what I would be doing before I throw my hat in the ring. What exactly would I be scripting?
