My team (Twintowers4u92 and I) are currently looking to hire animators for one of our projects, Super Smash Blox.
Requirements:
Must be skilled with the Roblox Animation Plugin
Be able to create weapon animations (For tools)
Be able to create animations for characters (Move sets), and change them later on if needed.
Have a fast turn-around time (< 1 week for a single animation).
Be reliable (We need high-quality animations, and a reliable animator who is available frequently for work).
Has played/is interested in Super Smash Brothers.
Must be a member of RBXdev.
Has a Skype/Steam account.
Participates or has an interest in competitive smash.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Trello
Experience with Wii emulators
Owns a microphone
Part of this job is the fact that we’re creating move sets for all of the characters. Being that our game is loosely based off of the Super Smash Brothers franchise (And since it’s on the computer), we need someone who has played the actual game, so they can get a feel for how the move sets should work. If you’ve worked with Dolphin before, and have played Super Smash Brothers on the PC, then that’s very helpful.
Payment:
Payment has yet to be decided, although it will likely be on a per-animation basis - we will decide the terms of payment once we have a list of potential candidates. Currently, we’re discussing around 500R per animation.
How to apply:
Send a PM to me on here about why you want to work for us, what you can offer, examples of your work, and a means of getting in contact with you.

Hehe, that’s a whole $1.50 per animation. That’s not very much for the ‘high quality’ you are asking for…

That was the first suggestion - it’ll most likely be more per animation (We aren’t cemented with the pricing yet).

Fair enough. I know little about animations. I just wanted to remind you of the Robux to Dollar ratio Good luck finding an animator!
I can animate pretty well, but I don’t really know how to animate with tools other than welding something to the arm. Anything specific right now? I can whip up some example animations.
