perhaps a large part (gas) stretched across the map with an cyclinder (safe zone) negated in the middle?
Then you could use a script and time each 3 minutes the part get’s smaller 1/3.
although do make sure the large part is REALLLYYYYY big… 3x the size of the map to covert it mostly, even though player render settings probably wont reach that far.
I agree with @VirgatePower27 just although I am not sure about performance creating that many unions
not many union, just 2 parts.
