I’m trying to create a transparent water effect for a map. For some reason, WaterTransparency doesn’t do anything.
Any ideas why?

Check your studio’s quality settings as it may be set very low, roblox automatically disables water transparency when your quality settings are set too low.

I am not sure if Roblox Studio has graphical settings, since I have never looked for them, but I do know that water transparency is not shown in studio, but only shows when playing, probably because it saves power/speed while on studio editing. But your changes on water transparency are taking effect.
