Just look at this:
As you can see, I’m using Kronos and the Code Templates plugins. Is it possible to make it such that Kronos is allowed to print to the console but Code Templates isn’t?

There is not really a way if you don’t edit the source code.
By the way, Kronos is discontinued and it does not receive any updates. Basically it is outdated.
