Does anyone know if I can get a refund for an ad that was inexplicably deleted? I received no moderation action or notification; If it really was against the rules, they should’ve made that clear when the ad was uploaded, not after I had spent all of my Robux on it. I have run this ad in the past with no issues. I paid over R$10,000 for it, and it was deleted at about a third of the way through. Unless Roblox can give me a reason why they deleted it now and not when it was first uploaded months ago, I think I should get a refund.

Did Roblox give you confirmation that they deleted it? If they did, they’re not entitled to give you a refund - especially if it breached the ToS, but you could contact Support and ask them for an explanation as to why it was removed.
