Currently there’s no way to report game icons if they have inappropriate explicit, Minecraft, etc content. The report page on games only shows thumbnails:

I guess there could be a report button added on the mouse-over frame for icons, but it’d probably just be easier to add the icons to the “inappropriate media” list when you go to report a place.
(FYI this guy also does bait/switch icon/thumbnail changing, so he should probably be banned)
He updates his icon hourly at some points, mostly using “New” banners and buzz-words. Also yes there should be a way to report icons for inappropriate content.
Maybe the icon is automatically included in the place report? I’m guessing they would see the main image of any asset that gets reported.
The problem is that they don’t seem to give a damn about these rule-breaking icons in the first place. Every time I report these kinds of games, nothing is done to them. But yeah, that guy really needs to get banned (not just for the inappropriate icon usage, but also for scamming to get higher ratings - claiming that players would get a free item if they gave the game a thumbs up)
