Ever since Roblox added the animation speed setting to the animation editor there is no easy way to change the speed of animations with it (from what I can tell anyways). The animation speed setting does not save when you export the animation, and the framerate no longer changes the speed like it did before.
I know of two solutions already but they are not preferred for various reasons:
- Manually moving each keyframe. Obviously is very tedious to do, especially on animations with lots of them
- Changing the animation speed in scripts. This works fine it is just a bit messy in my opinion and I would rather just have the animation already play at the correct speed.
I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and if there are better ways around it since apparently the animation speed not saving when exported is intended behavior. Are there any other animation plugins that work with mesh deformation?
