Ways to Scale down models

Hello everyone, I need some help (also some feedback would be nice) about this gun model I made:

As you can see, the model is too big for the dummy, and I can’t scale it down more than I already did (Because I made this on a bigger dummy for easier building).
So, what are some easy ways to fix this? I found that maybe deleting the smallest parts or making them bigger would allow me to downscale it more, but is there another way? I already deleted the gunsights that were unions, but if I keep doing this im going to take away to much detail, that’s what im worried about.

You can use a plugin called Model Resize, it’s very good for making precise models.

That plugin really helps, it did fix my problem but sometimes it glitches.
Here’s the final look:

While it may not be exactly the size it should, it def looks a lot better. Thanks!
