Web Chat showing when disabled

Under user settings, I have the “Who can chat with me” option set to “Off.” This works for the majority of the site. However, multiple pages display the web chat feature regardless (e.g. Home, Develop, Forum, and Games page).

Repro:

  1. Turn off Chat setting
  2. Navigate to a page such as Develop or Games
    3a) Chat box lower-right will show up
    3b) Will not show up on some pages (Such as the ROBUX page)

Do you still have party permissions turned on?
It will still display if party permissions are not set to off.
