i would advise just switching webhook proxy’s entirely; a webhook request sent back in feburary 2025 was just posted yesterday, and im 99% sure it was done through lewisakura via /queue.
the amount of the requests the proxy still has most likely means you’re never going to get a request through, or something similar to my situation where the webhook is extremely delayed
No, but you could use an api like this: https://api.newstargeted.com/roblox/users/v1/avatar-headshot?userid=4309939&size=150x150&format=Png&isCircular=false avatar-headshot (150×150)
Has anyone ever experienced their requests to Discord timing out intermittently on a self-hosted instance and gotten around it? My requests keep timing out, often only the first and the last request of 5 requests get posted. The rest get lost in a timeout.
Thanks, I know about alternatives but I’m asking about this one specifically, since I already have it in some of my older scripts and it would be a burden to replace it.
roproxy is one of the oldest and most widely used Roblox proxies for publicly redirecting Roblox APIs, created by “false” (who is also one of the engineers behind the “pls donate” API), It’s clearly trustworthy; its speed and user base aren’t as impressive as having your own, but it’s easy to use. If you don’t trust anything, no one’s going to argue with you, but I recommend reading this post.
