Website is acting slow + slower respond-time

Right now, Roblox is being quite slow with loading up pages, contents, and especially some errors coming out within pages, this has caused me to wait countless seconds and minutes for everything to boot.

Occurred about couple of hours ago, now is having a worse issue than before, happens on the Roblox website on almost every page.

For anyone wondering: I don’t have any other applications open except Chrome itself, and have about 2 tabs open.

How to reproduce:

  • Open up the Roblox website.
  • Explore different websites + see how they respond.

I’m using Google Chrome: Chrome 86.0.4240.193 (Official Build) (64-bit) .

I’m not just having site issues, but studio issues as well. Everything is super slow for me:

Started ~1 hour ago. I haven’t seen anything on status.roblox.com yet, is it just me having studio issues as well?

Earlier today, I was having similar issues with lag, but now I am not able to access Roblox at all. Nothing will load and I keep getting an error 500.

Having totally the same issue, it is lasting for 4-5 hours on my side already. All the same “Internal Server Error 500”.

The same thing has been happening for me this week. Even selecting two bricks will lag.

Update to my situation: Still no access, even more lag and things I am not able to access. I cannot access roblox support either. I have tried clearing my cache, restarting my laptop, checking my wifi, closing all my tabs except for roblox, I have cleared my cookies. At this point I am just waiting for roblox to step in so I am able to access my account.

Update to the situation above: The issue above is still continuing, already 7-8 hours passed since it started for me and literally no changes. Still the same “Internal Server Error 500”. If anyone from the Roblox staff is seeing this please get this fixed anytime soon, I cannot access anything, the website and my projects.

The “Internal Server Error 500” that some people are posting about above should be resolved as of 7 hours ago.

@loueque @FxllenCode your original issue(s) seem different, can you still reproduce this?

I’m not having much studio lag anymore, but some things aren’t working as quickly still, so not sure if that is related. (Such as buttons, they seem to take longer than usual for studio to recognize I’ve pressed them.) I can open a separate report if helpful.

Edit: And now it’s back fully for me:

Internal Server Error 500 is now fixed and doesn’t occur anymore, however, the website itself with loading pages is slower than what it was yesterday and making me wait a bit longer than ever.

Still a relevant issue, studio seems fine other than the website.

Same, It showed Internal Server Error 500 3 days ago but not today, The website and studio is not slow for me.

It was slow for me yesterday, but it was perfectly fine 6 days ago though.

Hello! I am in the process of checking over bug reports and following up on some bugs that haven’t received any activity in a while.
Is this issue still occurring or can you confirm that this bug has been resolved?
