When the new gamepass update was released I typed in a bunch of random Ids, to see if I found anything interesting. I noticed that what many of them had in common was that the latest updated data was June 15 2017. This seems to only happen for gamepasses that were created and never updated, since the ones that appear to have been updated at least once (date not chronological with Id compared to other gamepasses) show the correct update date.
This is almost definitely something on Roblox side, since it says June 15 on both my iPhone and my mac.
I also checked the Roblox blog to see if there was anything about gamepasses on the 15th, but I couldn’t find anything.

As is visible in the table, the gamepass updated on the 6th has a lower id before the one updated on the 4th, and therefore was changed at least once.
