Weight Paint issues on importing

I want to be able to fix the sharp looking deformation

In blender, my rig is working fine. I made sure all my weight was normalized, but there is still problems with the deformation in studio. I have attached videos.


I have tried adjusting weight, I have tried getting help on dev forum, I have tried getting help in blender discord server, I have tried fixing weights (even though there is none to be fixed), I have tried applying all modifiers before importing (even though it auto applies while exporting)

I have been trying to figure this out for three hours. I have all modifiers in the right order, I have tried re-painting the weight, I have made sure that the bone influence per vertex is 4 or below. I don’t know what to do anymore, I would appreciate any help I could get. I attached the file to the post if anyone would like to take a look at it. But I made the hood in a specific way so that all faces are positive after solidifying and so theres no clipping.
