Weird car replication caused by LinearVelocity. Engine bug?

There is an issue with my car’s Nitro System (Boost).

It uses a LinearVelocity to apply force, however when a car has Network Ownership, parts that are not welded to the model’s primary part ,but rather attached with Hinges or Cylindrical Constraints,seem to have a really weird behavior.

I have recorded this from different perpectives.

Player 1 and Player 2, both sitting in the same car. The driver has Network ownership:

Im VERY confused about this. Im not sure if it is an issue from roblox’s end or mine, correct me if this post is on the wrong category.
