Weird client disconnection crash

I have been experiencing a persistent issue for approximately one to two years now. Despite my best efforts to find a solution or anyone else encountering the same problem, I have been unable to resolve it. The issue occurs intermittently, regardless of the game I am playing.

Specifically, the Roblox client crashes suddenly and without any prior warning. The symptoms are akin to those experienced during a poor internet connection, where all other players become frozen and all functionality ceases. The perplexing aspect is that I do not receive any warning indicators, and other players on the server continue to observe my character moving smoothly, oblivious to the fact that I have encountered a crash.

It is important to note that this issue solely affects Roblox, and I have diligently examined various potential internet-related complications on multiple occasions in an attempt to rectify the problem.

Note: I have got a new pc and windows was fully reinstalled a few times and it never fixed the problem.

-I live in Israel, My internet speed is around 700mb - 1G

PC spec
-32GB Ram
-RTX 3060 TI
-CPU Intel I7 -12700K 3.60 GHz

Expected behavior

If it’s an issue that cannot be fixed would be amazing to know why it’s not notify me about the crash,
in some games which are client sided I might loose a lot of progress due to not knowing I got crashed.

Another small note - I am not using any side applications like fps unlocker it’s just a regular roblox.

I have been receiving this same bug for the past 6 months. It does not matter what game I am in, but the server stops sending packets back to the client, even though my client still sends packets to the server. The issue is not my internet, as Roblox works fine on other devices.

I am experiencing this issue on my laptop, which is the Asus ROG Strix SCAR 15 G533.
Laptop Specs:
Windows 11 Home
AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX 3.30 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)
Nvidia RTX 3080 Laptop GPU

I’ve been experiencing this for around 6 months , it’s been an on & off issue for me.

I am from Australia. My internet speed is 60 mbps download & 6 mbps upload.

This happens at random for me. Whenever this happens my ping gets stuck but I am still able to hear people in Roblox voice chat .

I’m not sure if this helps at all but earlier when I was playing with a friend of mine I was watching a stream of their perspective. When this occurred, I sent chat messages in-game my messages were able to send on their end but for me my messages weren’t appearing.
