Weird Color Texture glitch?

Hello Developers,

I’m currently trying to make a UGC Headphone Concept for a group that asked me for it. Anyways I made one side of the Headphones, duplicated them, made it at the right side of the model and joined/grouped them.

After doing that I did some texture work but now their are some weird color differences. Under here are some screenshots.

I really want to fix this, but I don’t know how. I hope someone could help me.

Make sure there isnt a hidden face between where you mirrored. I provided an example.

Also look at the model with “Flat” lighting to see how it will look in Studio more accurately

This is usually due to unwanted topology. Try going into face select mode and edit mode and select all faces and hit xray mode to see if there are any unwanted faces. If so, delete them.

I didnt use the mirror function tho

Try checking this menu?

It might say “Clear Split Normals Data”. If it does clear it. My example doesnt have split normals but if yours does, clear it and that might fix it

Could be the normals. Try recalculating them with shift + N
