So just right now I opened up the devforum to see what is new and my website looked like this? I don’t know how this happened but the UI looks old? When I went on a nother tab and opened the forums again though it fixed itself. I still have the tab open for anyone who is intrested.

How did this happen? Was this because of the internet connection suddenly interrupting during its load or was it some random bug?

I really don’t know? I’m sure I have a stable connection.
This glitch happend to me too, but on another site.
I guess It’s a connection or DNS problem.
Myabe Roblox has solved this yet by updating the database.
The CSS just didn’t load, as Operatik noted, this is due to a network interruption. This isn’t really a bug that can be fixed, and it can be easily resolved by simply reloading the page or waiting a few seconds as it may (sometimes) reload automatically.
This has nothing to do with databases. Do not reply for the sake of replying.

Yep. I’m learning how to make a website so I got it wrong. Sorry.
It might be having a problem loading the entire devforum website. The page seems like its very bumpy and out of control handling the network for the page. The web isn’t looking well and it might have a corruption handling and loading the website. Try using my following steps:
Restart your router
Its good to do it, because it can reload everything and possibly solve the case.
Restart your internet connection
That usually works for me sometimes on my Windows 10, sometimes it doesn’t connect.
Shut down and turn on your device
That will probably make everything normal again.
Reload the page a few times
Reloading the page will be a good idea, so then the forums won’t have a very struggling time with handling that.
Hopefully my following steps worked.
This means the CSS didn’t load in for you, so you only got the raw HTML. Try and clear your cache or restart your browser. And if that doesn’t work, then restart your internet.
That shouldn’t be happening, your internet must have disconnected or something while the website was loading.
