Weird grey spots on 3d model

Exported this helmet i made from blender and when i put it in studiothere is some weird grey spots on it. I also can’t color it or change materials, anyone know how to fix this?

If you export it in FBX, try to export it in OBJ and if you exported it in OBJ, try to export it in FBX

Tried that and still had the same issue.

have you normalized iit after shade smoothing?
also
in edit mode press shift+ N

also if you exported it as a single mesh you can only apply 1 material or color for the whole mesh
unless u uvwrap in blender and use pallet or texture paint to color part by part

the problem it is not changing color or material is because there should already be a texture id inside the property of this mesh

Tried normalizing, didn’t work welp (i think i did it right at least :stuck_out_tongue: )
You just press shift + n to normalize right?
also tried to check the inside option

oh also apply auto smooth under normals

also if you didn’t texture this model in blender do this:

go into studio click the mesh you just imported
go to it’s property
and delete its texture id

The texture id was the problem :flushed:
Deleting that fixed it

np also always use shift+N after you finish modelling so you dont have any missing parts in a mesh in roblox studio
