Weird issue with model rotation/repositioning/rescaling

Hello, I’m not sure if this is the right topic for this, but I’m having an extremely weird issue with ANY model/part/whatever ANY 3D object. After I rotate it, it should also adjust the transform value to it’s new rotation, but no. In my case, it always keeps it’s default transform value, and always rotates based on that CFrame. Here’s a video demonstrating it:

Now I’m no builder but I think I may have enabled a setting I’m not supposed to… Any help is appreciated.

CTRLL
It switches the tools between global (relative to the world and local (relative to the object).
