Recently, I’ve been messing around with the future lighting. I’m now getting this strobe effect when I go on level 10 graphics mode. Is there a resolution for this?

This is a future lighting bug. We’ll just have to wait untill Roblox fixes it.

Are the lights free models? If they are, try to see if there is a flicker script

They’re not, it’s just a part with light.

Ok then. Try to lower the setting. See if you get the same results on all of the levels

I agree with what @Crazedbrick1 stated in an earlier reply; this is just a weird bug caused when using future lighting. You aren’t the only one to have come across this problem.
Also, that’s a really sweet build you got there my friend!

This happened with my game so we moved to shadowmap until this is fixed
