I decided to mess around with the lighting as much as I could and I ended up making a strange old comic book looking style.

It looks like a ContrastEffect was used with contrast set to maximum.
You mean two separate contrast effects boosted to 100%

How did you do this? It looks like you could use it in a superhero styled game, or maybe something like a horror game where the player is stuck inside a sketch that they made and have to fight the monsters they created or something. It looks absolutely stunning!
