Weird Mesh Behavior While Trying To Animate

Ok so im trying to animate a viewmodel and one mesh instead of moving in the animation editor it just moves the rest of the parts. The rest is good. Video of problem:

You either built joint hierarchy weirdly or you dont have humanoidrootpart/any primary part that has a rootpriority in proper place.
TL;DR Part0 and Part1 order metters too.
