Weird Mesh Lighting

Hello!
A Couple hours ago i made an Aircraft Model, but then i Imported the Mesh in to Roblox and the Lighing is really weird. Anyone knows how to fix it?
(i also have an image on how the lighting should look like)

also all of the faces are correct, but still doesn’t work

Try applying scale with ctrl-a
