Weird Movement with dragging TextLables on a ScrollingFrame

In Studio, when dragging a TextLabel on a ScrollingFrame, the movement will become offset.

System Information:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor
Memory - 32GB
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER

Reproduction: Create a ScrollingFrame under a ScreenGui, then create a TextLabel under the ScrollingFrame. Afterwards, drag around the TextLabel. It will work fine until you use the scroll wheel, then there will be an offset, making it nearly impossible to align TextLabels if you need to scroll down.

Expected behavior

I expect the TextLabel to have the correct offset, despite using the scroll wheel.

Sorry to disturb you but have you checked this for other frames other than text labels? Because I am having the same issues with the offset but instead with Frames rather than text labels. I first make a ScrollingFrame then I add a normal frame under the ScrollingFrame and the offset is all messed up it would be great if you looked into this
