As you can see, once I enable the rain particles, white spots appear everywhere. Please tell me how to fix this, since it is really annoying!!
(Note: I made sure that studio graphics are max at 21.)
This is because the particles spawn in bulk. You can try to reduce the amount, higher the transparency, or turn down light emission / influence.

That did not fix the issue sadly. Im going to try and restart Studio to see if this goes away.
Ah, I restarted studio and it got fixed. nevermind lol

The Particle Flipbooks beta has all particle emitters glitched out. To fix this issue, uncheck the 'Particle Flipbooks feature under File > Beta features
