I don’t know if you can see the issue in the image. However, take a look at the stroke inside the lighter frame. They have a strange transparency?

well, not sure about “transparency” (it’s just not in the image but in your UI)
the colors are different on the OP image:
seems that second image is downscaled version of the original one (correct me if i am wrong)
and depending on the interpolation colors can change.
I’m not sure, but this issue happen right after I configured my monitor’s color setting.
you can customize display picture output whatever you like, you can even turn it off
this affects how you see display’s output and photos of it you make
but this no way affects image stored in computer memory and software image grabbers
so if you want to get precise color information without diving into human vision perception, for example, simultaneous contrast, you:
- make a screenshot
- load the image into your favorite graphic editor and either select similar colors
or pick colors to examine its components
this works even if your display only shows black and white.
