Weird UIStroke with circles

The UIStroke looks really weird with circles in numbers like so:

For the ApplyStrokeMode I’ve currently got it set to Contextual. Anything I do to avoid this while keeping UI stroke?

Set the LineJoinMode to Bevel or Miter in the UIstroke.
